Which display technologies do you supply?

We supply e-paper (E-Ink) display modules, TFT LCD display modules, OLED display modules, HMI UART / RS232 serial display modules, and HDMI & Linux display modules with integrated boards. Sizes range from 0.4 inch to 15.6 inch depending on the technology.

Can you supply the display together with a driver board, a mainboard or an Android / Linux system board?

Yes. We can supply a bare panel, a module with a driver board, a module with an HDMI or serial mainboard, or a complete module with an Android / Linux system board. Tell us what your host board outputs and we will propose the matching configuration.

What is a standard product?

We have the stock of materials or product, that is standard product.

What is a custom product? Could we customize the product?

OK, You can customize the product. Please contact sales or project manager. Customized products according to customer needs, only for this customer to use.

Can you customise a display module for our product?

Yes. We customise size, resolution, interface, touch panel, cable and connector arrangement, and we can build the module around your enclosure. Customised products are made for that customer’s use only.

Do you supply capacitive and resistive touch panels?

Yes. Our standard is capacitive touch, which supports multi-touch and is used on most of our display touch modules. Resistive touch panels are also the preferred choice in some specific applications. Tell us about the operating environment and we will confirm which touch technology fits your product.

How do I choose the right size and resolution?

Start from the window in your enclosure and the smallest detail a user has to read, then match a module to those two figures. If you send us the enclosure opening and what will be displayed, we will propose the size and resolution for you.

Do you have any free samples?

Yes, we can supply free samples. For regular customers, we will offer free samples according to quantity. For new customers, we will charge you sample fees first and when you place an order, we will return it to you.

How long is delivery time?

The lead time depends on the current stock, please contact sales. Normally, Standard products 1week, Customized products 2 weeks. Standard samples 1-3 work days, Customize samples time 2 weeks.

Documentation & support

Is there technical support?

We will sent full specification,drawing and intial code. Our professional engineers will provide services at anytime.

Do you provide drawings, datasheets and interface documentation?

Yes. Standard products are supplied with the specification, drawing and initial code. For serial display modules we also provide the interface protocol so your controller can drive the module.

Shipping & compliance

What is the shipping terms?

All quotations not including shipping costs and customs duties of the importing country.

Where are you based, and do you work with overseas customers?

Good Light International Company Limited is based in Shenzhen, China, and supplies overseas customers. Products are available with ISO and CE certification; contact us for the documentation you need for your market.

Long-term supply

Can you support a product that will be manufactured for several years?

Yes, and it is worth telling us the expected production life at the quotation stage. A module for a long-life product should not depend on a component that may become unavailable; we will flag that risk rather than let you discover it later.
