UI_Editor V3.0 is a UI editing tool for HMI Uart display touch module.
It support Little VGL GUI graphics library, with good display fluency and excellent cost performance. It can let you to  greatly shorten the product development time, you only need to prepare UI picture, Gif, Icon and other materials.
This manual is to illustrate how to use this tool to implement UI running colletion.
UI V2.3 corresponds to the MCU_Code version V2.3.
UI V3.0 corresponds to the MCU_Code version V3.0.
The latest version is V3.0,  with some functions optimized.
